-casual and professional work environment. -Steel Building Pros is a military service disabled veteran owned company. -growing company with current and future growth opportunities. -company understands work - life balance and encourages time off, time away from the office. -the company is family friendly, with most employees having children, there are frequent and regular “team building” events where all family members are invited. -senior leadership is supportive and encourages new ideas. -great earning potential opportunities. Company offers several ways to increase your income. -almost half of the staff and employees have been associated and worked for the company 8-10+ years.
Cons
Although no company is perfect, Steel Building Pros appreciates employees that work hard and rewards them accordingly. Given the fact that hard work within a performance based sales job does increase earning potential, I find myself staying at the office longer, and later but that’s of my own choice.
