      Pros

      if you are lucky you may learn cloud tech, good place to work as freshers.

      Cons

      very less salary (freshers 10k per month with 3 years bond), less hike, no consideration of employee satisfaction poor work life balance, no t good for experienced candidates as there is no career growth.

      3 years bond for freshers, no work life balance, poor management of both company & projects , zero employee satisfaction, zero employee benefits, projects work in trial and error due to no training, company targets only revenue & not company's growth, conflict between internal management, no potential projects, long term incompetent team leads,
