Pros
Peter does a fantastic job of making each team member feel like their work, their opinions, and their contributions are valued. There is a great culture of flexibility and autonomy encouraging the team to accomplish their goals however works best for them, rather than adhering to traditional work schedules or systems. Regular food at team meetings, meals ordered for late night work, and fun team bonding activities are also a plus.
Cons
Can't really think of any! Maybe more clearly delineated areas of responsibility/work processes? This isn't really an issue right now, but as the company grows I could see it causing some friction.
