It is a startup company. A startup company means they are always losing money. The only way they can keep from going belly up is to get more and more investors. Paychecks are frequently late. Dispatch takes the weekends off, God help you if your truck breaks down on the weekend. Schedules are constantly changing, promises are constantly broken. All live loads. No drop and hooks. All broker loads. No deadhead pay. No APU. No inverters. When I left pay was t $.45 a mile, you could get a bonus up to $.50 a mile, yet somehow freight was always ‘slow’ at the end of the month. I never make the full bonus. They claim to be a technology company, yet I had three different apps I would have to load my paperwork into in order to get paid.
