I haven’t experienced any significant cons so far. If anything, I just wish I had joined StarCompliance earlier.

Work / life balance is great with 100% no pressure voluntary overtime available. Great benefits/ tech scheme / bupa etc Good team dynamics even though remote , able to skill up a person without rely too heavily on micro managing

only been here 4 months so far and have no cons so far.
