Stadion has been one of the most rewarding places I’ve worked. The team genuinely values creativity, collaboration, and personal development. There’s a strong focus on design quality, and it’s inspiring to work on digital products for top sports brands. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there’s a good balance of freedom and structure. The culture is friendly, fast-moving, and full of smart, passionate people.
