Pros

- You will get the chance to work with some really good Salesforce team members. - Decent salary structure . Not the industry best but decent enough.

Cons

- Very limited projects and mostly rely on 1 or 2 big clients for revenue. - The team is often without enough work for long periods of time. - Management keeps talking about "People & Culture" all the time, but essentially falls short on both the points. - Micro management by some management individual even when not relevant to them is very unprofessional. - Non-existent infrastructure . Tiny Kitchen slab, no dishwasher, no breakout area, no place to eat /have coffee, limited meeting rooms. The list is endless. - Management creates undue pressure on employees to like and share company posts on LinkedIn , write good Glassdoor reviews etc.

Pros

Worked with some good people there who were not management.

Cons

As a former employee I was underpaid and undervalued. They talk about transparency with their employees but every friday they were constantly talking about the future pipeline and possibilities but no deals came through.. this is reflected on their industry reputation and the bonus scheme put in place in 2016 where people signed a new contract and had their current monthly bonus scheme taken away and a new yearly bonus scheme put into place only to find out that it required yourself and the company to perform to hit their target but in January 2017 the company did not hit their target and noone got paid a bonus. ( employees lost out) I have seen the CEO threaten someone when they tried to leave the company. They then made people sign a 2 month resignation period contract in 2016. Their is a women senior manager there who constantly tries to micro manage people and their work who is not qualified in any certification in Salesforce but thinks she knows the platform. Shes arrogant and I had seen multiply people leave because of her. Being the first implementation partner for 10 years + and only to become a platinum partner now from what the industry says the company implemented many Salesforce instances but failed to do a good job at it. As the company now has changed owners they are trying to reignite the company with new branding and culture which might change the way they do things but i was not impressed.
