Pros

Worked with some good people there who were not management.

Cons

As a former employee I was underpaid and undervalued. They talk about transparency with their employees but every friday they were constantly talking about the future pipeline and possibilities but no deals came through.. this is reflected on their industry reputation and the bonus scheme put in place in 2016 where people signed a new contract and had their current monthly bonus scheme taken away and a new yearly bonus scheme put into place only to find out that it required yourself and the company to perform to hit their target but in January 2017 the company did not hit their target and noone got paid a bonus. ( employees lost out) I have seen the CEO threaten someone when they tried to leave the company. They then made people sign a 2 month resignation period contract in 2016. Their is a women senior manager there who constantly tries to micro manage people and their work who is not qualified in any certification in Salesforce but thinks she knows the platform. Shes arrogant and I had seen multiply people leave because of her. Being the first implementation partner for 10 years + and only to become a platinum partner now from what the industry says the company implemented many Salesforce instances but failed to do a good job at it. As the company now has changed owners they are trying to reignite the company with new branding and culture which might change the way they do things but i was not impressed.

Pros

The CEO/MD is Genuine and will help you with career growth if you push for time with him. The company are aware of culture issues and want to change it. Some great people working here.

Cons

If the "Leadership Team" hear of something they do not like, they will pull those who might be in the know or those being discussed into rooms and attempt to get information about their colleagues out of them. Very unprofessional and not the way to grow their new culture. One of the main directors takes feedback from his manager / colleagues / employees and brings it straight to the person directly without thinking. He doesn't think about what the feedback is/means or how best to handle it. This director should not have direct reports as it's clear they have very little experience in management. Regardless of their previous career. If it's clear management are making the wrong decision and you try to talk to them about it they will pull the "You report to us" line - regardless if it impacts customers or employees heavily. Budget is very tight for company events though this may have changed this year.
