Pros

1. Remote-first culture: The company has a remote-first culture, which is great for people who prefer to work from home. 2. Pays in USD: The company pays in USD, which is a big plus for employees who live in countries where their local currency is not as strong. 3. CEO is a good person: The CEO is a genuinely good person who cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed.

Cons

1. Favoritism: Unfortunately, there is a lot of favoritism within the company. Certain employees seem to get special treatment based on their personal relationships with management. 2. Office politics: Office politics are also a big problem here. If you're not part of the "in" crowd, you may find it difficult to get ahead. 3. Toxic resignations: The moment you resign, you become an enemy of the company. This is really disappointing because it creates a toxic environment and makes it difficult for employees to move on to other opportunities. 4. Child member in top leadership: One of the members of the top leadership team is a child who seems to want to control everything. This is not only unprofessional, but it can also be frustrating for employees who feel like their ideas and input are not being heard.
