      Seriously, No pros about the organization. Recommend not to join

      1.New joiners please be careful about the fake promise by the recruiter. 2. Do not join SquareOne as well as Ensaan Technologies 3. No vision, and have no idea of how to nurture a new employee 4. Be careful of the company politics 5. About Manager: No spine at all. He is trying to save his own job all the time. 6. Caution new joiners, this organization looks for day one productivity without proper training. 7. Its a normal practice of the organization to hire a person for 3 to 6 months and then fire him/her in the name of performance as at the same time even the manager is not even clocking his yearly/quarterly targets.

      square one family always place to improve yourself .very friendly management and easy going .. always encourage you to keep up learning. it's great opportunity to be part of this family
