Pros

You can slack off because they are not strict. This is a good company if you want years in experience when you are focusing on something else like taking masters because you wont be stressed. Good office location and many company events. Easy company to get into because of mass hiring.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. They boast Saturday is a paid day but not required to work but that is so they can force you to overtime for 8 hours before they start to pay you. You cant be promoted if you are not close to management. Low skills is not a problem as long as you can befriend management. You will even be sent to Japan. Tolerance for toxic behavior of old employees is very high because of friendship. Sprobe is too focused on looking good on social media through always posting events and taking group pictures but gives no effort in training employees. In my opinion, employees are not highly skilled because of the culture. They put up with low salary and minimum benefits because they know they are not skilled enough to move to another company anymore and they have become used to relaxed culture

Pros

There is a lot of activities in the company. The management is trying tto give many activities and training per month. You can see the effort of management to make the company be competitive. There is many new hires and we are really becoming big

Cons

The company is trying to be good but the employees are the problem. The old employees especially because they are so close to management already and they think they can do things that they want. Management seems to not handle them properly because they become so close already. The issue with the girl who was sent to Japan is true. She is not skilled but she is with someone in management and thats why she was sent there. Everyone knows it already. If you want to focus to work don't go to sprobe. The culture is very much mostly backbiting and fighting and less work. if you want to relax and just gossip this is a good culture for you. i try to be very private about myself in sprobe because the people will always backbite and bully in the office. I have seen it myself many times in my years here. I also worked in other companies before but none is as bad at the toxic level of sprobe. its also hard to be promoted when you are not close to management. this is why other employees can take 2/3 years but others also just 1 year depending on how close you are to admin not just performance

Pros

As a fresh college graduate I managed to get in easily. Officemates are friendly and the atmosphere is fun.. The salary is not as high as other companies but its a good starting job.

Cons

Office politics especially with the older management whos so afraid of younger ones challenging them. There is even a common joke among my peers in Sprobe about the "old woman" from HR who will do anything to hold on to her job and get a higher position. She backstabs her colleagues to get ahead and will step on any young employee who have potential. She is nice to people who kiss up to her and she can m=be really mean to different minded people. She is also very quick to take credit for something she didnt do.
