Pros

The pay for being an RBT was fair

Cons

company lead by intimidation and coercion, unorganized, schedule changes constantly, no support, ethics codes are loosely followed at best, only two five minute breaks are given, only one employee is allowed a lunch break, mandatory supervision does not occur, no professionalism, mold in water filters, unclean spaces, inconsistent rules for employees

Pros

I can honestly say that I have never worked for a company that provides daily snacks and drinks for the staff with the occasional breakfast cooked and served by management and lunches brought in. Most ABA companies if the client calls off for the day the staff just loses their hours. SLC will always find something for the staff to do so they don't miss out on their hours. The company also provides 15 minutes of admin time before your first client to prepare for your first session of the day. They also provide 15 minutes after the second client to finish work. Asking for time off is easy and flexible. Supervisors and even the owner will take a client so staff can have requested time off. Several weeks of paid training is provided and you are never made to feel inadequate for asking questions. The pay is also fair and well above the minimum wage.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about.
