      Worst Place and worst CTO - if you are little freedom loving Engineer

      Meaningful Product that they are building.

      Cons

      1. No work-life balance. If you are an engineer, you have to be very lucky to get a Sunday off. 2. The CTO Madhav will torn you into pieces and almost humiliate you for little mistakes in the group meetings. 3. If you are an engineer, none of your own ideas will be accepted, unless supported by the CTO, which is very very rare. 4. High attriction in the Engineering team.

      1. Incase you like partying like 4 AM within office and waking up 9 AM to start your day again.

      Cons

      Where do I start 1. VPs are basically first time in the leadership position without any real managerial experience 2. Rude and political environment 3. You will be publicly humiliated on Slack in the general or team channel infront of your peers 4. You need drink and party with VPs and CEO to secure a sweet spot. This is followed by most of the tenured Sr. CSMs just to reach the sweet spot. 5. You need to come to Bangalore office inspite confirming that this is a remote job during your interview 6. Sr. CSMs/ Managers behave as if they run the org and they will do everything to side line you. Talk behind your back to the VP and founders.

      - No shortage of work - They're solving a novel issue - Great colleagues - Decently stocked pantry

      Cons

      - Forget weekends, work hours, personal life, social life and even declared holidays. You're expected to be on slack 24/7. - They want employees for whom this in not "just a job", but to them you're just another machine to be replaced when it conks off. - There is no trust between the management and employees. - They don't hire nearly enough to manage the workload. P.S: The other reviews aren't telling the full story. P.P.S: Checkout their dates
