      good inner communications (by far best I've seen in 15 years of career) modern data stack, trying to stay on edge competitive compensation interesting tasks (depends on team) corporate discounts

      A great company, where the teams are dedicated to the success of the company and their own success and growth. It empowers its people to grant them the best conditions to deliver on the projects they are responsible for. Customer oriented, well structured, processed and managed, a great organisation to perform into.

      Potential risk aversion, whereas it proved itself changing its business model, rather regularly over the years. It appears to be a perception and not a fact.
