      WFH option, great coworkers, lots of flexibility with schedule

      Cons

      Not really a clear direction for the company. Management was nice, but didn't really understand what the teams did day to day, so sometimes their feedback wasn't the best. Also, didn't really provide opportunities for raises, which were definitely earned and deserved.

      Going Downhill fast

      PTO and health benefits. No pressure at all to perform

      Cons

      No one is steering this fast sinking ship. There is no kind of business plan. No goals. no kind of guidance from upper management when the systems they put in place go down. It was once a great but higher ups all decided to stop working and putting any effort in. All the good managers left.
