Communication can often be challenging. There have been murmurings about bullying and a lack of empathy from certain individuals in higher management, which often went unaddressed. Overall this created an unprofessional environment and culture which did not reflected what was advertised about the studio. It was often hard to feel supported or defended, particularly when issues raised.

Everything else! The company with the worst management I have every worked at. Constantly have to avoid office politics.
