Pros
- Interesting field with lots of rapid growth opportunities. - Good place for junior developers to come and hone their craft. - Easy to get hired, as there is usually always need of more and the bar is quite low.
Cons
- Office is a mess which is why working from home is preferred by most engineers. - The pay is well below market average, and while they do offer bonuses, its rarely over 2%. - I would not recommend Spirii if you are in a senior position, as they struggle with keeping up with client demands, which often means deliver fast, worry about quality later. - Management rarely sticks to their word. Promises are easily handed out, but rarely kept.
