Pros

Some great people at the company tried hard to drive success.

Cons

They are trying hard to fool people with fake 5-star reviews, read between the lines. coming up with excuses for every negative aspect of a review should tell you everything you need to know about this company.

Pros

Brilliant marketing leadership - absolutely amazing women I am proud to have worked with. Talented SEO manager as well - I truly loved my team. Great product and overall lovely people across the company. I’m rooting for all of you!

Cons

Amazing product and talented people are stifled by a CEO who is internally notorious for overstepping. - impossible review processes / will edit work to incorrect grammar to fit what he wants to see - brilliant marketing leadership is crippled creatively: no top-down value on hiring the right people to do good work, top-down lack of understanding and lack of value put on content, marketing, etc - contractors recommended by CEO are not a suggestion - feels a bit “good ol boys club”, even if well-intentioned - lack of resources / used my personal adobe suite to create company materials, then was told my laptop should be for “company purposes only”.. - any possibility of creativity, new ideas, or just proper grammar is completely stifled from the top down - expectation that employees share to personal Linkedin channel. when I voiced that I am not comfortable with this, I was told it’s not optional. - no growth within the department because of the lack of value put on content / creative roles / marketing While I am glad others had good reviews and my experience could be limited to remote work or my department, the top-down effect of management that doesn’t understand or value marketing/ content speaks volumes.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We are pleased to hear that you had a positive experience working with our marketing leadership, and we appreciate your kind words about the product and the people at our company. Therefore, we would like to address your feedback in more detail: - We aim to achieve high standards in our content work, which targets highly experienced cybersecurity industry experts. Our thorough review process ensures that grammatically and technically accurate information is published at all times, maintaining our commitment to excellence and credibility in the industry. - Contractor recommendations made by the CEO indicate that we have a very hands-on leader who actively assists each department in improving its performance through creative solutions. While this approach can yield excellent results, there are times when it may not be as effective. And the department leaders can always either utilize those resources or propose other means of achieving the agreed department goals. - We provide our team with the necessary tools and equipment to perform their job responsibilities and are open to trying new ones if preferred. These tools are company-funded and using a tool of your own without company approval is a violation of our policy. - Regarding the concern about mandatory social media posts, we want to clarify that posting company content on social media profiles (specifically LinkedIn) was never mandatory. However, it was a fairly common expectation for the content manager position, whose goal is to promote the company's brand and expand our audience reach. The content manager frequently asked employees to like and share social media posts. If you ask your colleagues to do this, you are expected to lead by example. We hope our response helped clarify your concerns.
