Cons
There is no clear direction and the C-team changes strategy often: -This resulted into several lay offs in 2022. -This resulted into unnecessary spending and wasting investor $. -This resulted into several expats in Singapore losing their jobs and having to move back to their home countries after a few months of working for them. If you are a foreigner that's considering moving to Singapore for this company, please reconsider before you move yourself and your family. Low business integrity: -Leadership is willing to bypass compliance/govt requirements for $. -No one wants the leadership position in Indonesia because of this. Limited resources and engineering capability: -The main internal dashboard is subpar and often breaks. No engineering resources to improve and scale. Only 2 of the 5 in the C-team knows what they are doing: -It is only worth listening to the CRO and COO. The rest of the C-team are inexperienced. Lately, the CRO has been the one running the show. Which is an improvement. -The C-team is a "bro club." -These guys cannot handle feedback - save your input and move on.
