=>All the Employees are young,energetic with good knowledge and experience but no one gets any opportunity to work on the new things. =>If you are a workaholic and don't want to spend some time with your family,friends and all you are welcome to work here. =>If you think office is your home then this company is for you only.

Cons

=>If you are leaving on time from office that means you are leaving early and you don't have any work. => Whatever the talent you have you will not get any chance to express. =>India HR behaves like boss of the company. =>No action will be taken for your concerns.

It is a pay check.

Cons

No offices for any employees. Only the tiniest cubicles made 6' x 7'. Feels like prison. No privacy. Employees leave office to take business calls. Company only pays $250 for single or $400 for family medical/dental coverage. My net cost was less on COBRA. No life insurance, no vision, no LTD, no FSA, no 401(k). Everything is bottom shelf. Company is embarassingly cheap. No subject matter experts.

good if you are a workaholic only. good salary

Cons

everything.. employees are treated as machines, which can be switched on and off. You can not speak/think different from your manager. your voice is put down the moment you start to speak. They literally say"why are you thinking too much". Pathetic office infra.. you do not even have proper toilets and sitting space.
