      Beware of fake reviews! Very disturbing place

      Pros

      Absolutely zero. even snacks are cheap.

      Cons

      A lot. Specially microbiology department is controlled by micro manager. Recently leads been pushed to add fake 5 star reviews so they can trap someone out of state here. Be very very careful micro department is fully micro managed. No growth if you are not good in back stabbing. Full nepotism and lies all the time. If you are a good human being you don't deserve this place but if you need a job desperately they will hire you in blink don't worry.

      Biweekly paycheck, no prior job experience required, industry minimum benefits, filling in extra words since there aren't any more pros.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. Passive aggressive management sets you up for failure. Chief Executive Overlord is a textbook case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. If you are a talented, competent scientist with a shred of self-respect then DO NOT APPLY. If you enjoy being treated like a mindless cog in the corporate machinery then this is the place for you.
