-Like others have mentioned in previous reviews, the CEO does not trust her employees and fires without warning. -This company does not provide necessary equipment for technicians to complete jobs (Dollie’s to roll out equipment, needed tools). -CEO does not care about her technicians’ safety as you can find many without PPE in their YouTube videos. -No promotions even if you’ve worked there for 2 years. -CEO doesn’t uphold core values of company.

Terrible working conditions- I don't mind hard work but when I worked there the only water provided on sites was bought by employees, not the boss. Breaks are not frequent enough for the labor required. PPE is scarce so safety is not really a thing. Terrible culture- I don't mind cussing and messing around, my current job also does that... but this company lacks all professionalism. There is little sympathy for employees and everyone is used as a punching bag. They are always understaffed so people are overworked constantly. If you think you are helping people, you are not. I told myself that when I worked there and it was not true. Spaulding Decon is not a company that cares about anything but money.
