Pros
When developing of software projects at SpatialDev, you'll find more flexibility and liberty to make things work than you'll find anywhere else. It's up to you to make it work, and this responsibility will absolutely help you grow as a person. In addition to web application development, you're going to be able to dig deep into both Android and iOS. Maps are a speciality, so you will get to dig deeply into GIS software development as well. Also, it's a relaxed environment. You'll become friends with the people you work with, and you will enjoy being around them both during and after work.
Cons
This is a consulting company. That means that you will often be juggling many projects at once. It often feels like each individual projects requires your undivided attention, yet you have several others that also need your work. Also, it sometimes feels like there is a lack of momentum with where things are going in the company as a whole, mainly due to the thrash of many projects.
