Unless You're Family, Don't Waste Your Time, Energy or Professional Reputation!!!!
Pros
Initially the salary was very impressive! Higher than several other companies in fact. However, it was quickly realized that this was only because of what the cons were found out to be! Unfortunately, there were no other Pros to this company!
Cons
They do not offer any health benefits whatsoever and do not plan on it. They micromanage every single thing you do! They have zero trust in their employees. They question everything you do and everything you say. Yet you go to them with an issue that you know is something that needs to be resolved and they do not address it because again they question your ability so by the time they come around to double check your recommendation it's too late and then it's your fault. The only reason they put people in place like us managers or the Regionals or anything is just to have people fill the spots and babysit the properties because they won't loosen the reins and stop trying to manage them themselves! They will call you names and put you down. I have watched them take the best and strongest Regional I had and diminish her down to tears and then fire her over lies that were told about her instead of listening to her or trusting her. That woman ran her butt off for them and they didn't even realize what they had. Bottom line it doesn't matter. If you're not family what you do and what you say doesn't matter. You're only here to babysit the property, collect their money and do what they tell you to do. Because of their religion you can only get a hold of them until certain time on Friday and no emergency no matter what will interrupt until after Saturday so good luck handling on your own!
