      1. The Management is very understanding and they will go out of their way to make you feel part of the team 2. The culture in the company is almost family-like. Lahat mababait, bihira yung may nagbabackstaban 3. You will get to meet a lot of interesting people

      A lot of micromanagement especially on the mobile devs, The manager has no proper training on how to handle people. Super fast paced environment. They want the entire feature to be finished and released as soon as 1-3weeks.
