      If you are dedicated to helping at-risk youth of the community, this is a great starting point.

      Cons

      The tick box group! If you are a passionate individual who wants to see youth succeed you are limited in professional development, career development and there is a lack of in-house transparency. Beware of employee sacrifice and micro management!

      The lay was ok, but pay equity was an issue. The precious person had not experience at PTE management but come from Government agencies in education.

      Cons

      Lack of respect High demand Action bias Put downs by CEO about staff Power over tactics Speaks of leadership but using micromanagement Fear based decisions CEO does not take sound advice and checkes that your actions are those of others. Belittles senior staff in exec meetings Called staff 'idiots and stupid'.
