I regret to say that my experience with solitera software has been nothing short of unproductive. This organization lacks not only effective management but also any discernible goals or direction. Here are the reasons why my interaction with them has been deeply unsatisfactory:
Lack of Leadership: It's abundantly clear that there is no cohesive leadership within the organization
Absence of Goals: One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with solitera software is the total absence of clear goals or objectives. It seems that no one within the organization has a vision for the future or any plan for how to achieve success.
Without clear goals or effective management, resources are squandered left and right. Time, money, and manpower are all poured into projects and initiatives that seem to go nowhere. This inefficiency is not only frustrating for employees but also damaging to the organization as a whole.
Low Morale: Unsurprisingly, the lack of direction and leadership has resulted in low morale among employees. It's difficult to stay motivated and engaged when you have no clear sense of purpose or direction. This toxic environment has led to high turnover rates and a general sense of disillusionment among staff.
They can fire you at any time without notice :( fortunately i wasn't one.. ha ha ha
