Pros
Employees are respected and appreciated for their contributions. Coworkers are all happy and friendly. Interesting and challenging work. Skills and results are rewarded with autonomy and leadership opportunity. Strong sense of community. Very welcoming and supportive. Work hours are flexible; accommodates appointments and family issues well. No expectations of putting in regular overtime. Successful, thriving business; growing very quickly.
Cons
Not a lot of management -- great for innovators and self-starters but could be a negative for those who need more direction.
