Pros

Autonomy, high earning potential, Work From Home Earn-in, Quality product with awesome Google ratings.

Cons

Mostly in-office, growing pains as it's still a start-up, growth potential, and it's revenue based so it will take a little longer to ramp up commission income.

Pros

Some good folks are there

Cons

My time at SolarReviews was an incredible roller coaster ride, going from a small, fun start up to struggling with demands of a growing corporate company. I was micromanaged, lied to, promised promotions and raises, seen severe cases of nepotism and favoritism (whoever talks loudest and brown noses the most wins). There’s a severe lack of leadership, trust, communication, and management from all offices. When the three heads of the company are located in three different parts of the world, no one is on the ground to see or hear these issues. Or care for that matter, until it’s too late. If you’re looking to advance within the company, let me tell you, you won’t. It’s not important to them. This company is not worth the stress.

Regretful Experience

Pros

Pay is ok but upside is hard to obtain. Convenient in office location downtown.

Cons

Unexperienced management from top to bottom, selling a commodity, selling personal data, you will get hung up on and cussed out several times before lunch. One of my coworkers was involved in a physical altercation after a holiday party. Very inflexible working hours, very little opportunity to WFH even though everything can be done on your laptop. Very little diversity, white/male dominated.
