      Hire and Fire: Value short term goals and toxic work culture

      Decent pay, Good benefits, Work life balance is good, nice coworkers(most of them)

      Cons

      Hire from big companies are fire within 3 to 5 months. Mostly in the engineering org and happened multiple times. Being teacher's pet is more important than delivering impactful projects. Some senior employees are so unprofessional and use harsh languages when you question their inconsistencies.

      High starting salary. Sometimes free tickets to football games.

      They couldn't pay their employees anymore. Total opacity from the management team about their finances. Micromanagement from the CEO and senior management.
