Pros

-If they need someone to fill a gap, they will hire you, so you can consider it as backup in the case you need work desperately -If you are unassigned to a project, you are placed at the "resources" pool, from what I've seen this waiting time is longer than in most companies.

Cons

-Working extra hours is the norm, unpaid of course, if you don't agree you are tagged that you lack commitment, hours extend either until late at night or weekends, getting compensation for the extra work is rare. -There is no real people care, is replaced by some brainwashing in the form of company events, to make you think you belong to something bigger than you and make you feel special. When you need help for personal matters you will hear thousands of excuses from management, they only care about not impacting the running business. -Managers are really into micro-management all the time. But they don't help you at all if you have problems with the project or deadlines. They expect you to remove your own blockers, and let's face it, developers are not good at this political stuff, but managers don't care, they just want results. -This second time I found even more bureaucracy and silly processes to follow which I find incredible, this slows you down in your daily work. -There is no consideration for your free time, you are usually dragged into providing support for company events or practices, without even asking if you want to or are able to join.

Pros

Good balance between personal life and work. Flexitime. Home office (depends on the client) It brings knowledge and experience in new technologies, but this is more on the part of the client.

Cons

Some benefits such as utility sharing are missing. Handles a payment scheme that is not 100% nominal. They generate a lot of courses that are not valid outside the company. Even though it focuses on human development courses requires more focus on courses that are engineering. Growth opportunity is medium.
