-Extremely toxic work environment full of gossip, finger-pointing, and zero empathy.
-Incompetent leadership
-Fear-driven culture: they’re always looking for someone to blame rather than solving problems.
-Heavy workload with unrealistic expectations, often assigning you responsibilities outside your role due to understaffing.
-Multiple employees going on mental health leave or resigning due to burnout caused by constant pressure.
-Zero openness to feedback or process improvements — the structure is rigid and outdated.
-No preparation or sensitivity for working in multicultural teams. Employees outside Belgium are treated like second-class citizens.
-Hostile environment where you're constantly belittled and made to feel inadequate.
-They lied about the scope of the role during recruitment, and when called out, they just blame others.
-Rampant favoritism: some employees act like watchdogs, looking for the tiniest mistakes to report — just because they don’t like you.
-Discriminatory behavior is noticeable in meetings.
-You’re not welcomed as part of the team — people don’t even say “good morning.”
My time at this company was, without any exaggeration, the worst professional experience of my career.
The management is completely incompetent, both on a human and strategic level. There is no empathy, no emotional intelligence, and absolutely no concern for people’s well-being. I’ve witnessed colleagues break down in tears during meetings, go on medical leave due to stress, return, and leave again. Others resigned voluntarily, unable to endure the absurd pressure and constant micromanagement.
Managers don’t earn respect — they enforce it through fear. The respect you see is a reflection of how terrified people are of losing their jobs. It’s a culture built on intimidation, silence, and fear.
The toxicity of this company is not limited to a single area — it spreads across departments. They have an extremely niche product and setup that offers no transferable knowledge or market value. Working there adds no real value to your career, especially if you're coming from a diverse or multicultural background — which they are utterly unprepared to handle.
The internal culture? Gossip-driven and poisonous. Whatever happens to you — everyone will know. Privacy doesn’t exist. There is a deeply rooted blame culture: no one wants to solve the issue — they just want someone to blame. Taking initiative is discouraged. Proposing improvements? Useless. They are rigid, outdated, and immature.
This company destroys your mental health. People are constantly trying to undermine you, make you feel inadequate, and turn minor issues into major scandals — especially if they personally dislike you. Favoritism is blatant, especially towards Belgian colleagues, who protect each other while others are scrutinized, cornered, and set up to fail.
They lie during recruitment about your role and responsibilities. When you point this out, they just shift the blame. They’ll overload you with tasks, delay hiring new people, and expect you to carry the burden without complaint. And if you try to speak up? You’re labeled the problem.
The turnover is absurdly high, and for good reason. Most people — especially those not based in Belgium — are actively looking for ways to escape this madhouse. Every week, someone leaves or is planning to leave.
They are liars, manipulators, and hypocrites. They don’t even say hello in person. They won’t welcome you into the team. They won’t back you up — they will side with the client even before hearing your version of any situation.
Working here was the worst decision of my life. There are too many problems to list. If you value your mental health, your dignity, or your career — run away from this company.
They are not worth your time, your skills, or your peace of mind.
