Hi, first of all, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. In the true spirit of one of our core values, Positivity, we’ll try to reply to you with that very mindset. As much as we appreciate your input, we stand by our team and culture to the fullest. As a company, we strive to make sure Gen-Pink can excel together as a team in an environment where positivity is nurtured. And referring to the retention rate, we simply don’t find the numbers you’ve mentioned to be accurate. But with that being said, we’re not pleased to see that your time here had been unsatisfactory. Just like the value of continuous improvement that we try to instill to our Gen-Pink, we will do everything in our power to be better.
