Work from home used to be a perk but they're now calling everyone back to the office
Cons
CEO Jimit and Co-founder Tejas are extremely egotistical, selfish individuals who don't value product or customers. They just care about making money for themselves while exploiting employees with really low salaries and horrendous working conditions. They're basically running a sweat shop. There's tons of favouritism, politics and yes-man culture going on with zero regard for work culture. Avoid this company like the plague.
