Cons
- Last year, due to financial issues, there was a sudden layoff, but the company still considered everything possible to help the employees before leaving. - There is a lot to work on, you need always to be prepared to challenge yourself, not sure if this is a con or more of a pro thing - Hard to get salary increases but the work-life balance can ease this for you
