      Good people, but restrictive management

      Pros

      Hybrid work, nice offices, lovely people, opportunity to make a difference to society

      Cons

      Restrictive processes and sign-off which stifles progress and creativity. Upper management pays lip service to EDI but does not put their promises into practice. Many disabled members of staff have felt disadvantaged and under valued.
