These guys change their name and location every couple of years. Super high turnover. They look for numbers, not talent. 100% commission. They say you can get to management achieve financial freedom. Office managers get fired often and regularly if the business does not meet sales quotas. There is absolutely no point where you own your business. You become a ICP or Independent Corporate Distributor, basically a lackey of the upper management. This is "legal" pyramid scheme. They throw as many new coming employees at the wall and hope 1 in 10 sticks. As they get 10 'stuck' employees they calculate that 1 in 10 of those will quit. At some point, you're left with a shmuck that has sucked up enough to be considered for management
