Terrible compensation, terrible communication, terrible management

Bad management, micro-management at its best, upper management does not listen to new ideas, they get limited to old systems and aren't open to trying new modern technologies. Constant bad communication, upper management prefers verbal communication and texting versus using professional established email to communicate with employees. No room for growth. No health benefits. No phone payment but employees are expected to be available 24 hours 7 days a week. Really depressing work environment with no water, no heater. People are always sick.
