      Pros

      Company offers great benefit programs such as dental and healthcare insurance (all covered) Also there are other benefits, such as, work hours, complimentary lunch, self development grant, and tuition reimbursement. Work life and role as whatever you are assigned to do is very simple and you won't feel any pressure at all.

      Cons

      Management seems and tells you that they care for each employees, but not at all. There is no room to grow. You may use this company as a stepping stone, but not worth of your time if you have degree or goal. Also expect no salary increase.
