There's been an extended period of growing pains since being acquired. Lots of things feel ad-hoc and chaotic in a way that makes sense for a smaller company, but at this scale just make things harder than they need to be. In this type of business things are always going to be fast-paced, but without with that added layer of chaos it's led to staff burning out. Due to a lot of staff turnover in this period, particularly in influential leadership positions, Snook has struggled to make headway in fixing these issues. This has led to a bit of a chicken and egg problem.
