      Pros

      If one is fortunate enough to be in a team led by any of the several excellently competent, genuine, & strong people leaders, opportunities are abundant. Pretty decent 401k company match, 100% vested in 3 years.

      Cons

      Almost constant tumult with frequent re-orgs, layoffs not due to re-orgs; certain employees are allowed to continue spreading negativity and promoting toxic environment, while others are singled out for honest mistakes and petty non-issues. Poor, out-of-date SOPs and severe lack of any sound processes and interdepartmental cohesion. Inconsistent accountability & arbitrary enforcement of policies/rules- demonstrating (among other things) inequalities throughout workforce.

      The people (colleagues) are great

      Cons

      Sr. Management (ELT) in the USA is horrible. It is amazing how they merged 3 formerly successful businesses into 1 dysfunctional business with layoff after layoff, re-org after re-org. Splitting teams across geography had made everything less efficient. All decisions are made based on revenue THIS month as though next month isn't going to happen.

      9/80 work week is good

      Cons

      Sr Management is terrible - does not listen to employees. Blacklisted if employee have a different view as many people have been let go. Think they know how work gets done and make bad decisions on a regular basis. Very reactionary.
