Horrible Management Team - Anonymous employee Smiths Interconnect Employee Review

Sr Management is terrible - does not listen to employees. Blacklisted if employee have a different view as many people have been let go. Think they know how work gets done and make bad decisions on a regular basis. Very reactionary.
