      Following recent changes to ELT, culture crashed, promises were broken (re annual bonus) and turnover has soared. Pay is underwhelming in comparison to others in the industry.

      Can be a great experience with the right team. Staff are great.

      Cons

      Management comes and goes and each time you don't know where you stand and how your job will be effected. Not very good job security.
