Pros
Colleagues are ok, depending on what team you're assigned to.
Cons
Poor management, lot of legacy code and maintanance, some colleagues are just not so friendly, or helpful in teamwork. Management just delegates something and expects a lot, even though help is rarely given (and in very small dosages). Very bad company when it comes to teamwork
