Cons
The management should stop exploiting the employee by making them work 12-14 hours a day for such a low wage. Often you spend a lot of time travelling to remote places and you will be asked to report hours before (Most of the day goes in it) but you are paid only for the hours you put in sessions, which always ends up being 8hours, so that is what you get paid for and needless to say the pay is on the lower end. The HR policies enjoy schooling you at your expenses where they often take away lot from your salary for silly reasons like being late for literally 5mins, not having shaved cleanly and say even for going 5 minutes beyond your allotted time for lunch.
