      Decent salary and nice van and tools.

      Cons

      Training was minimal. And very poor new starter information given. Just told to go out there and fit some meters.

      Great brunch of team mates but sadly that’s it

      Cons

      No trust from management. Lies to attract staff to the business only to find everything they promised was false only to get staff. No flexibility in hours. Get grief if you turn up a tad late! Pay is never correct and fluctuates monthly even when on a salary. Very unprofessional. Will charge you for anything out of your salary to keep costs down.
