      Pros

      Very flat organization with tons of growth potential. The leadership seems to have a good balance and great vision for the company. All the employees are great to work with and extremely helpful to new hires.

      Cons

      Employees have to wear multiple hats, and the pace of business is incredibly challenging to transition into. Skyler's clients are extremely demanding and expect immediate turnaround.
