I strongly advise against working at this company. The work environment is extremely toxic and abusive, and the CEO is unwilling to address these issues as she is the cause of them. Employees are often subjected to verbal abuse, harassment, and discrimination daily, and there is a complete lack of support for those who speak up or report these incidents. The workload is overwhelming and unrealistic, with unreasonable expectations placed on employees without considering work-life balance or personal well-being. There is a culture of fear and intimidation, with the CEO using threats and intimidation to keep employees in line and prevent them from speaking out or seeking help.
