Pros
It's a startup that works for sports organization helping billions of sports personnel get the exposure and resources that they need. When you work for a cause, it becomes worthy. That's the reason why I joined the company in the first place and throughout my tenure with Simply Compete my experience was rewarding. Company provides an encouraging work environment with people to help build your technical abilities and practice them.
Cons
Work can sometimes get a bit much and you may have to end up working for extra hours. But that's what comes with startups. More exposure, more learning, more freedom, and more work hours. If you are somebody who enjoys the process of learning, work hours should not matter.
