Pros
1. A learning experience like no other, provided you're willing to put in the work. 2. Cross-functional opportunities are many. 3. Easy access to the management, across functions. Managers are friendly and helpful. 4. Nice bunch of people. Like-minded in general. Everyone is treated fairly and equally.
Cons
1. Typical start-up culture. Your day never really ends, it's often difficult to draw a line between work and life outside of work. 2. B2B setup. There are more than a handful of large unreasonable customers. Things done in the name of being customer-centric often go beyond the boundaries of logic. 3. Extravagant hiring processes, not the best experience once once onboarded.
